Supportive Living Program
Our Supportive Living Programs comes in a variety of services.
ASLS provides in-home services to our clients who live independently in their homes and community. This way we help to maintain or increase self sufficiency and minimize reliance on services overtime.
The focus of support are mainly on independent living skills and home management (such as bill payment, meal planning and preparation, laundry, and home maintenance).
The ASLS case management team monitors the services and support situation which are reviewed and specific needs re-evaluated on a regular basis by the client’s ISP team.
Supportive roommates can also be arranged for adult clients wanting placement with a host family. This can help promote personal relationships, skill development and personal growth opportunities as there will be a consistent service provider to ensure individual outcomes and goals are met.
