Residential Living

Our Residential Living Service offers continuous support within a safe, comfortable, accessible shared residential arrangement to clients with all manner of physical, mental, social, and emotional challenges not limited to Individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, autistic tendencies and/or behavioral concerns, and complex care needs.

The homes are tailored to support our client’s health and safety during routine activities. We provide ongoing supervision to ensure their personal safety and well-being, identify needs and wants while assisting with personal care needs and development of home living skills.

ASLS offers accessible homes in several community based homes which support four to six individuals per home. Clients, family, or guardians are directly involved in making decisions about living environments, and we take pride in the appearance, customization and maintenance.

ASLS clients enjoy stability of personal support, meal preparation, menu planning and nutrition, household management, emotional, mental and social support, assistance accessing community services and resources, health and wellness support as determined or preferred by individuals or/and their guardians.

Additionally, our Residential Support Program are specialized to the individual’s specific needs in collaboration with guidelines set by Alberta health services(AHS), Ministry of Social Services, Ministry of Infrastructures.
