With combined decades of experience in the residential care field, ASLS prides itself on the adaptability and customization of ISP (individual support plan) we offer. Our care is molded to fit our clients’ daily routine, while still ensuring they feel a strong sense of independence. ASLS employees have certifications such as crisis intervention training CPR, medication administration, suicide prevention, trauma informed care, infection prevention & control, positive behaviour support, abuse prevention, harm reduction and much more. Yet the organization pushes for ongoing instruction and evaluations to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Our staffs are trained to adopt innovative methods to provide top-quality disability and social care.
ASLS is well equipped with competent support staff and caregivers 24/7 for immediate care and emergency assistance. Imagine the residential program as living as with the most helpful apartment unit managers on the planet! All ASLS support practitioners have years of experience and are vetted based on their qualifications with specific caretaking categories.
